Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your FUN4ALL account and all associated data at any time. Here is how.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open FUN4ALL and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile (top right), then Settings.
  3. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you:

Please include the email address or nickname on the account. We complete email requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: email address and password.
  • Your profile: nickname, avatar, name, birthday and other details.
  • Every score, rating, ranking and match result tied to your account.
  • Your coin balance and the full history of how you earned and spent it.
  • Your friends and friend requests, and any pending match invites.
  • Your usage and diagnostic history, including analytics events and any bug reports you sent us.
  • Any private word topics you created in Cuckoo!
  • Every report you filed about another player or a piece of content.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

The two things that stay, and why

We would rather name these than claim a clean sweep we do not perform. Neither one identifies you after deletion.

  • Matches you played with other people. A match record belongs to everyone who was in it, so we remove you from it rather than deleting other players' history along with yours. Your account and your name are gone from it.
  • Public word topics you published in Cuckoo! Other players are mid-match with them, and some have spent coins on the packs they belong to, so the words stay playable and the author credit is removed. They become indistinguishable from the game's own words. Private topics, which have no audience but you, are deleted outright.

Beyond these, we keep only what we are legally required to keep, such as records tied to a prior legal or security obligation, and only for as long as required.

FUN4ALL is free to play. Coins are earned in game, have no cash value and cannot be bought, so there is no purchase, subscription or balance to settle before deleting your account.
